She was predeceased by: her parents, Armand Fregeau and Ann Fregeau (Schmidt); her husband William H. Cochrane; her sister Lucille Stowers; her siblings-in-law, Louis Stowers, Raymond Ramsey and Shirley Fregeau; and her nephews, Perry Ramsey and Mark Fregeau.
She is survived by: her brother Jim Fregeau; and her nephews, Randy Ramsey (Becky) and Tom Ramsey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
