She was predeceased by: her parents, Everell Burns and Hilda Burns (Ray); her husband Roland D. Hartley; her brother Ronald Burns; and her nephew Scott Burns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Buckner (Leroy) and Cheryl Rudolph (Terry); her grandchildren, Martin Janes (Liz), Desiray Coleman-Krantz (Nicholas), Derik Coleman and Lacie Hartley; her great grandchildren, Martin "MJ", Tyler James, Mackenzie and Jase; her siblings, Patricia Prindle and Everett Burns; her niece Tami Sue; her close friend Bonnie Relph; and her pets, Sonny and Bandit.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brian Mark and Rosman Funeral Homes (1125 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
