With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brandi Lugo of Beloit, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 19, 2025 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe and JoAnne Rhynes Sr. (Jero). She is survived by: her husband Hector; her children, Alexis Mae Rhynes, Rudy Erik Lugo and Kevin Lugo (Callie Shear); her grandchildren, Fernando, Lucyanna, Alexzandria and Dalia; her siblings, Peggy Rhynes, Joe Rhynes Jr. and Brian Rhynes; her aunt Jackie; her mother-in-law Soledav Hernandez; and her in-laws, Maria Guerreo (Juan), Aurora Lugo, Sergio Lugo (Lulu), Lilliana Lugo, Rudolph Lugo, Mirium Lugo and Dora Lugo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
