Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brenda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Harper; her children, LaKita and LaMarr; her grandchildren, JuWan, Parker and Payton; and her brother Todd Penn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (1905 Mound Ave, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
