He was predeceased by: his parent Linda Foltz (White). He is survived by: his parent Linda Dalton (Richard); his uncle Dennis White (Suzan); his aunt Patricia LaRosa; and his cousins, Tim LaRosa (Jennifer), Chris LaRosa, Kathy LaRosa, Ryan White (Kristy) and Kelly McPherson.
