He was predeceased by: his parents, James Forrestal and Jeanice Forrestal (Musson); his siblings, Jim and Carol; his son Luke; and the mother of his children Jackie.
He is survived by: his sons, Geoffrey Premo (Amanda) and Andrew Forrestal; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Lillian and Miriam Premo; and his siblings, Diane Kulick, Bob Forrestal, Joe Forrestal (Lynn), Johnny Forrestal (Pat), Darice Clark, Kevin Forrestal (Lydia) and Barb Engebretson (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Star Zenith Boat Club (2680 S Riverside Dr, Beloit, WI 53511).
At the end of Brian's life he saved many lives through his generous gift of organ donation.
