We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Brian M. Forrestal of Beloit, Wisconsin. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Brian M. Forrestal to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Forrestal and Jeanice Forrestal (Musson); his siblings, Jim and Carol; his son Luke; and the mother of his children Jackie.

He is survived by: his sons, Geoffrey Premo (Amanda) and Andrew Forrestal; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Lillian and Miriam Premo; and his siblings, Diane Kulick, Bob Forrestal, Joe Forrestal (Lynn), Johnny Forrestal (Pat), Darice Clark, Kevin Forrestal (Lydia) and Barb Engebretson (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

At the end of Brian's life he saved many lives through his generous gift of organ donation.
