He is survived by: his children, Timothy J. Creedy of Madison, Cassandra Creedy of Madison and Serena Haas (Brian) of DeForest; his grandchildren, Gabriel Haas, Everly Haas and Jens Creedy; his sister Beverly Mason; and his siblings-in-law, Moira Kelley and Bill Coffett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends, including his many friends.
