She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Gabriele) and Jamie Klopotoski (Tim); her sister Alice Maslanka; and her brother-in-law Lloyd Medal. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Carol's memory.
