Carolyn June Dylak Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn June Dylak (Beloit, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 29, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cedrick Hanson and Glendora Hanson (Gould); and her husband Robert Dylak. She is survived by: her former husband Tony Potocnik; her children, David Dylak, Sandra Dylak and Andrew Dylak (Karen); her grandchildren, Colton Friemuth (Kelsey), Bo Dylak (Hannah), Addison Dylak, Parker Dylak and Cassidy Dylak; and her brothers, Brian Hanson (Linda) and Geoffrey Hanson (Cathy).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Carolyn's name to Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church.
