Celia Duncan Bell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celia Duncan Bell of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hall and Cynthis Hall (Hyde); her husband Willie Bell Sr.; her siblings, David Hall, Erskine Hall, Henry Hall, Lillian Louise Hall, Edith Thomas, Gladys Weatherall and Claudia Edwards; and her son-in-law Lloyd Massey.

She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn Massey of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and David Jerome Bell (Carol) of Mequon, Wisconsin; her granddaughters, Porscha Bell and Jensen Wells; her great grandchildren, Mi'Tavius Owens and Bre'Aire Owens; and her brother Harvey Hall (Betty) of Corona, California. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
