Boardman II of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Paige Boardman and Lucile Ruth Boardman (Works); his daughter Barbara Boardman (Tom); and his brother Robert Paige Boardman. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Joybelle "Joy" Hoffman; his children, Charles III, John Boardman (Eun Yung) and Colleen Boardman (Brian Taft); and his grandchildren, Katherine Boardman, Charles Boardman IV, Sarah Morgan, Anabelle Morgan, Max Boardman, Tia Boardman, Jack Boardman, Grant Hilliker (Samantha) and Andrew Boardman.
