Smith of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Hinton, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Smith and Neva Smith (Hamilton); his son Clement Sterling Smith; and his siblings, Otis L. Smith Jr. (Bessie), Mildred Ristow (Sonny), Jean Smith (Raymond), Joyce Otts (Edwin) and Kay Parisella.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine "Jannette" Peckham; his children, Stanley Smith (Carmelita) and Janean Tuttle (Mike); his grandchildren, Paul Bueno (Cassie), Elizabeth Ruzick (Ben), Sandra Ewing, Nick Tuttle (Katie) and Tom Tuttle (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Peyton Ewing, Elijah Ruzick, Noah Tuttle, Rylan Tuttle, Emma Tuttle, Sophia Tuttle, Lily Tuttle, Julius Tuttle, Audrey and Ivy Bueno; and his sister Loretta Mays (Sonny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in his name to Beloit Meals on Wheels or Beloit Regional Hospice.
