She is survived by: her husband John Stanley Spencer; her children, Samantha Spencer and Christopher Spencer (Laura); her grandson Jackson Spencer; and her siblings, Cheryl Spafford, Sandy Jacobson (Ken) and Daniel Spafford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and in-laws.
