She was predeceased by: her father Frank Nardiello. She is survived by: her mother Vivian Nardiello (Reed); her former husband Tim Rylatt; her husband Greg Farlinger of Beloit, WI; her children, Elyse Rylatt and T. J. Rylatt (Amber); and her siblings, Frankie Nardiello and Renee Bendorf (Greg).

Due to COVID-19, services for Cynthia will be held at a later date in Rockford, Illinois.
