He is survived by: his wife Connie R. Perry; his children, Danny Hanson Jr. (Jennifer Foat) and Heather Cooper; his grandchildren, Matthew Cooper and Emily Hanson; his nephew Steve Bowles; his sister-in-law Ivy Brellenthin; and his cousin Clifford Dawson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
