He is survived by: his mother Dolores Block (Isely); his children, Tabetha Block and Jay Block (Heather); his grandchildren, Keylie Walker, Benjamin Block, Landen Shykes and Nash Block; his siblings, Diane Wellman (Eugene), Dale Block (Lisa) and Wanda Slack (Ken); and his close friend Anne Hameister. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
