She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Calkins and Carole Calkins (Jacobson); and her siblings, Cindy Calkins and Gary Calkins. She is survived by: her boyfriend Ron Reiter; her sons, Michael Hackett (Nicole), Keith Hackett (Wendy Tracy) and Corey Hackett; her grandchildren, Michaela, Hunter, Chase, Sadie, Easton, Sailor, Kensley and Ember Hackett; and her brother Ken Calkins. She is also survived by many nieces nephews and many dear friends.
