He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Miller and Joyce Miller (LaChapell); and his sisters, Connie Engel and Arlene Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Diane Miller; his daughters, Juleene Bendorf (Chris) and Ranae Walker; his grandchildren, Brady Campbell, Cole Walker, Cory Walker, Carson Walker, Ashlee Perez (Cris) and Brielle Taylor (James); his sisters, Janice Reints (John) and Marie Sewczyk (John); his brothers-in-law, Tom Engel and Frank Pierce; his pet Missy; and his close friends, Joanie and Dennis Spahos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
