Diana E. Sweeney Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 4, 2026, at the age of 90, Diana E. Sweeney of Beloit, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Diana's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Diana has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nickolas Licary and Evelyn Licary (Clark); her spouse Rey Sweeney; and her children, Thomas Sweeney, Peter Sweeney and Michelle Morrison.
She is survived by: her son Nick Sweeney (Deb) of Janesville, WI; and her children-in-law, Tara Sweeney and Perry Morrison. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
