Diane L. Townsend Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane L. Townsend of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Clinton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 4, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carlson and Florence Carlson (VanGalder); her husband Keith Townsend; her children, Dennis Townsend and Diana Townsend; and her siblings, Ralph Carlson, Joyce Matthewson-Bennett and Carol Knull.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Townsend (Maryann) of Machesney Park, IL, Douglas Townsend of South Beloit, IL and Patricia Wilke (Bob) of Beloit, WI; her granddaughter Rachel Myers (Townsend); and her great grandchild Tylor Bosco. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to Beloit Regional Hospice.
