She was predeceased by: her father Jack Varner; and her brother Steve Varner. She is survived by: her mother Barb Varner of Roscoe, IL; her sister Jean Rein (Mark) of Rockton, IL; her sister-in-law Paula Varner of Wingate, NC; her sibling's children, Ryan Moyer (Anne Marie) of Fox Lake, IL and Rhonda Barnett (Frank) of Jefferson, WI; her great-niece Makayla Moyer of Fox Lake, IL.; and her great-nephew Ashton Moore of Fox Lake, IL..
She was passionate about rescuing hurt, abused and abandoned animals and she generously donated to several animal rescue facilities. Diane donated her time and money to many charities.
