He is survived by: his parents, Lenny Klem of Florida and Christine McCormack of Beloit, WI; his siblings, Michael McCormack, David Klem, Christine Klem (Jordan Fanning) and Angela Klem-Hickey; his nephew Louden; and his aunts and uncles, Ray McCormack, Mary Ann McLean, Georgine Vendeland (Albert), Kathleen DeSandre (Roy), Thomas McCormack (Nancy), John McCormack (Liz) and Gail Slater. He is also survived by numerous cousins; other relatives and many friends.
