She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Jero and Betty Jero (Goakey); her husband Ralph Spangler; her sisters, Kathy Pegelow and Susan Wynn; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Draeving, Larry Pegelow, Ervin Spangler, Lyle Spangler and Larry Spangler.
She is survived by: her children, Bettyjeane Shear, Lee Shear (Thelma), Ben Shear (Sheila Vogel), Marvel Shear and Penny Shear; and her sister Sandra Draeving. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
