He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Inga and Herbert; his sons, Stephen Woodard (Christine), Paul Woodard (Marlys) of Dallas, TX and David Woodard (Amy) of Eagle, WI; his grandsons, Brian of Beloit, Joseph of Plano, TX and Timothy Woodard (Akari) of Houston, TX.; and his sibling Yui (Lena).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Agrace Hospice or First Baptist Church of Beloit.
