He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Noe and Deloris Noe (Rediske); and his sister-in-law Joyce Noe. He is survived by: his children, Craig Noe and Michelle Hoffland (Tim); his grandsons, Isaiah Hoffland (Katelyn), Samuel Hoffland (Katarina) and Elijah Hoffland (Madelyn); his great grandchildren, Nikolas, Aleksander, Sophia and Oaklin; and his brothers, Larry Noe and Chuck Noe (KariBeth).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Evangelical Free Church (6403 S County Rd D, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
