He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Blaser and Dorothy Blaser (Blieler); his son Victor; and his siblings, Loretta, Darlene, Dolores, Betty McCull, Ray, Jerry, Howard, Robert and Glen (Nathan).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Blaser; his children, Shelly Phillips (Weeb) and Chad Blaser; his grandchildren, Allison and Carson Phillips; and his sister Shirley Parsons (Myron). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
