George K. Skilling Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George K. Skilling of Beloit, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth M. Skilling and Irma C. Skilling (Rice); his wife Dolores M. Fairbert; his son David Landwehr; his brothers, Tom Skilling and James "Jim" Skilling Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Raymond Mann and Lavern Conradson (Janet).
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Landwehr (Jill), Lori Bartram (Kary), Teresa Morga (Rodney Johnson), George Skilling Jr., Terry Skilling (Tammy), Jimmy Skilling (Felicia), Troy Skilling (Kristy), Kevin Skilling (Shannon) and Walter Skilling (Jen); his siblings, Mary Mann, Linda, Judy Thicker and William Rice; his sister-in-law Delores Dee'Skilling; and his caregivers, Virgie Tipler and Shannon Zinger. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
