He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fields and Gladys Fields (Giebel); his siblings, Dephane and Gilbert; and his grandson Dylan Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Betty DeWerff; his sons, William Fields (Yumi), Peter Fields and John Fields; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hembrick, Timothy Fields (Jade Nicole) and Stephen Fields (Leah); his great grandchildren, Madylan Hembrick, Caden Hembrick, Colson Fields and Layden Fields; and his siblings, Olive, Martha, Donna, Alice, Joel, Terry and Jennifer.
