She is survived by: her children, Heather "Heather-Lee" Lee Syvertson (Donald), Angel "Ju-Ju Bean" Charles Perez, Jose Alfredo "Fey-Fey" Boviall Zamora (Allysia) and Jaime "Little Booger" Boviall Zamora; her siblings, Lisa West, Darcy Benavides, Kelli Benavides, Connie Boviall-Jensen and Chuck Boviall; her former husband Jose Alfredo Casique Zamora; and her close friends, Bruce Houchins, Cheryl Houchins, Cindy Casique, Buffy Wald, Greg Maish and Mary. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
