He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil Bown and Emma Bown (Mausolf); his siblings, Richard Bown, George Bown (Norma), Maxine Snow, Archie Bown, Dale Bown, John M. Bown, Martha VanderKooi (Bill) and Kenneth Bown; his brother-in-law Don Hampton; his niece Linda Snider; and his nephew Terry Bown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alvin Bown of Beloit, Hazel Hampton of Janesville and Gerald Bown (Jeannine) of Janesville; and his sister-in-law Laura Bown of Neenah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations should be directed to the Sun Valley Presbyterian Church in Howard's memory.
