He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Schober and Edith Schober (Quick); his wife Cindy Schultz; his daughter Jamie Schober; his siblings, Robert Schober, William Schober, Clinton Schober Sr., Rose Oltza and Linda Kennedy; and his sister-in-law Darlene Olson.

He is survived by: his significant other Janet Grignon; his children, Josh Schober and Stephanie Schober; his stepchildren, Clinton Schober Jr. (Jessica), Richard Schober (Jennifer) and Jessica Schober (Quincy); his sisters, Pearl Reinart (Mike) and Gloria Jaschek; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Buzzo (Rodger) and Donna Fisher (Ed). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
