She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Elmer and Marsha Elmer (Milligan); her aunts and uncles, George Milligan (Yevonne) of Hixton, WI, Barbi Milligan of Eden Prairie, MN, Dudley Rhoades (Ann) of Estero, FL, Peggy Robertson of Beloit, WI, David Siebel of Selmer, TN, Tina Elmer of Janesville, WI and Brenda Darwin of Rockford, IL; and her godparents, Gary and Nora Gard. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial in Jennifer's name will be established at a later date.
