He was predeceased by: his parent Eva Jerline Daniels; his grandparents, Carrie Lee Bradley and Richard Jenkins; and his siblings, Lillie Anna Bowden and Lafayette Dukes.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ayers-McClelland; his children, Janella Atlas (Fred), Rashad Lumpkins, Dory Moore (Jenniter), Mory Moore, Jerry McClelland Jr. and Marilynne McClelland; his stepchildren, Jermar Ayers (Melanie), Jerome Ayers, Russ Moore and Sandra Moore; and his sister Marilynne Butler (Will). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, friends.
