He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Allen and Francis Allen (Johnson); his wife Peggy Schoville; his grandson Jared Preuschl; and his brother Marvin.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Allen (Chris Edwards), Dennis Allen (Brenda), Holly Allen (Frank Bongiovanni), David Allen (Candy), Bonnie Preuschl (Todd) and James Schoville (Kristen); his grandchildren, Nina Allen, Rebecca Allen, Stacey Farley (Tim), Ethan Summers, Ross Alexander (Sarah), Rachel Preuschl, Karen Luckey (Dalton) and Kenneth Schoville (Brittany Mobley); his siblings, Virginia Carlson and Jerry Allen (Inga May); and his stepsiblings, James Hohl and Shari Miller (John). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
