He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his siblings, Dennis Bishop (Shelley), Kevin Bishop (Pam) and Martha Pierce (King); his children, Tammie Phipps (Bob), Brian Bishop (Gretchen), Stephanie McDaniel (Jared), Laurie Bishop and Chad Bishop (Brittney); and his grandchildren, Zöe Bishop, Jewel Bishop, Hunter Bishop-Steele, Olivia Bowman and Owen McDaniel.
