He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Philip Clark and Pauline Clark (Berge); and his son Tyler John Clark. He is survived by: his wife Kay Clark; his sons, Erik Clark (Tina) and Chris Clark (Shelly); his grandchildren, Collin Clark, Casper Clark, Kacy Clark, Marissa Mindt, Axel Clark, Jordyn O'Toole (Ian), Kaleb SandellClark, Hendrix SandellClark, Jaxson SandellClark and Alyx SandellClark; his great grandchildren, Lola and Cheri O'Toole; his daughter-in-law Sarah Sandell; and his sisters-in-law, Judith Lokken-Strom and Nancy Hendren. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Memorials may be donated to the Rock County Humane Society, St. Jude's Church, or the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center in his name.
