He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Skelly and Cecilia Skelly (Wedige); his niece Kathy Heath; and his brother-in-law Paul Stephan. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Heath (Bill) of Marshfield, WI and Mary Jane Stephan of Rockton, IL; his nieces and nephews, Steven, Michael Heath, Dana Betsworth, Jennifer Thibault (Ryan) and Amy Foss (Christian); and his great-nieces, Lauren Betsworth, Erin Betsworth, Karly Thibault, Leah Thibault, Addie Foss, Olivia Foss, Emily Heath and Kylee Heath.
