With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Laursen Jr. of Beloit, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 15, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John W. Laursen; his sisters, Cindy Lee and Kathy Esselman; his nephew Joshua Esselman; and his grandsons, Duncan and Draven.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy M. Laursen Sr. (Varner); his children, Michael Laursen (Rosamaria), Aaron Laursen (Laura) and Courtney Beeler (David); his grandchildren, Akelalyn, Sirena, Gavin, Aurelia, Lylah, Ruby, Arthur, Kamden and Lainey; and his sisters, Gay Jack (Tim) and Sue Yee (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to the Janesville Performing Arts Center (JPAC), 408 S. Main Street Janesville, WI 53545.
