He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil and Lorraine; and his brother Pat. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Carroll of Paul's Episcopal Church; his children, Jeff Carroll (Ghita) and Mary Anne Watson (Ron); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Miles, Cecil, Paulina and Kofi; his close friend Pasquell Wisdom; and his sister Suzy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Paul Episcopal Church (212 W Grand Ave, Beloit, WI 53511). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Beloit Historical Society or St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
