He was predeceased by: his parents, William Goff and Margaret Goff (Lang); his wife Margaret Bird; his stepdaughters, Shirley Armstrong and Maybell Donahue; his siblings, Kenneth, William, Joe, James, Jerry Goff and Mary Austin; and his great great grandchild Alicia Garcia Martin.

He is survived by: his daughter Sharen Kay Betts of Beloit, WI; his granddaughter Shelly Martin (Chuck Larson) of Brodhead, WI; his great grandchildren, Tanya Hanson (Seth), Tasha Martin (Fernale McAtee), Tiara Martin (Austin Williams) and Destiny Genore (Paul); and his sister-in-law JoAnne Goff. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
