He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hopkins and Patricia Hopkins (Cullen). He is survived by: his children, Jamie Marie Franklin (Travis) of Beloit, WI and Jenna Patricia Wichser (Jamie) of Orfordville, WI; his grandchildren, Sawyer Paul Franklin and Palmer Nels Wichser; his siblings, Barbara Ann Lopez of Beloit, WI, Michael J. Hopkins of Darlington, WI and William R. Hopkins (Barbara) of Beloit, WI; the mother of his children Diane Hopkins; his aunts, Nancy Hopkins of Rockton, IL and Betty Cullen of Beloit, WI; and his nieces, Hannah P. Hopkins and Christina D. Navarro.
