He was predeceased by: his mother Leona L. Pfeifer; and his siblings, Cathy Jacobson, Nancy Leuder, Paul Jacobson and Leslie Jacobson.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Howe; his children, Dawn Schuldt (William) of Beloit, WI, John C. Jacobson of Beloit, WI and Jeffery Jacobson (Donna) of South Beloit, IL; his grandchildren, Carl Schuldt (Annali), Cari Schuldt, Dallas Jacobson and Madison Jacobson; his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Harper; his sisters, Julie Heller and Joan O'Brien (John); his siblings-in-law, Sandy Jacobson, Antoinette Jacobson and Frank Leuder; and his close friend Tammy Newkirk (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
