He is survived by: his children, Leslie (Robert), Karrie (Scott) and John (Rachael); his significant other Jacquin "Jackie" Taylor; his son Chad Vandre; his grandchildren, Bastian Vandre, Garrison Vandre, Griffin Vandre, Ashley Bozeman, Paige Lopez, Shelby Griffith and Taylor Truglia; his children, Drew Carlton, Lucas Carlton, EJ Carlton, Micah Carlton and Emma Carlton; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Bozeman, Cayden Griffith and Collin Bozeman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in John's honor to the Evans Scholars Foundation.
