He is survived by: his wife Barb Milsap-Morrow; his siblings, Pete Caldwell (Donna) of Fresno, CA, Jean Hardwell (Wilbert) of Lubbock, TX, Joan Morrow of Los Angeles, CA, Joyce Morrow of Beloit, WI, Paul Morrow (Lillian) of Beloit, WI, Eddie Collins (Nanette) of Beloit, WI and Jerry Murphy (Bertie) of Beloit, WI; his mother-in-law Tommie J. Joiner of Beloit, WI; his siblings-in-law, Bennie Dorsey of Los Angeles, CA, Joclyn and Craig Milsap of Janesville, WI; and his goddaughter Mesha Milsap of Beloit, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
