He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Alexander and Vera Alexander (Wincapaw); his spouse Arneta "Sue" Kayser (Heck); his sons, Troy Kayser and Robert Kayser; and his brothers, Floyd Cross and Glen Alexander.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Kayser of Fenton, MO, Joseph C. Alexander III (Jill) of Sun Prairie, WI, Dennis M. Alexander (Brandy) of Cape Coral, FL, Tonya Colborn (Corey) of Beloit, WI and Junior Alexander (Alexandria) of Delavan, WI; his siblings, Anna Keys (Phil) of Sterling, IL, Paul Alexander (Marla) of Beloit, WI and John Alexander (Patti) of Beloit, WI; and his niece Nikki Hayden (Dave). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
