It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Ann Gjerseth of Beloit, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Knueppel and Wanda Knueppel (McKelvey); her brother Forrest Knueppel; and the father of her children Fred Voss. She is survived by: her husband Peter Gjerseth; her children, Forrest Voss (Judy), Vicky Gosden (Todd), Cindy McMartin (Brian), Paul Voss (Kristi), Tami Jenkins (Chall) and Kim Hammack (Dave); her grandchildren, Shannara, Grant, Julia, Megan, Lucas, Michael, Jason, Joni, Chall, Caleb, Amber and Joseph; her great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Stevie, BillieJo, Michael John, Connor, Stella, Greyson, Evelyn and Andrew; her siblings, Mary Knueppel and Henry Knueppel (Sue); and her godchildren, Kathy and Forrest. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1850 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
