He is survived by: the mother of his children Cynthia Putnam; his children, Nathan Putnam (Katrina), Adam Puckett (Annissa) and Crystal Putnam (K. C.); his grandchildren, Curtis, Dominic, Dayten, Skye, Alayna, Hunter, Christian, Kota, Kymberlee and Rachael; his great grandchildren, Miley, Violet, Ava, Scarlett, Grecyn and Elliot; his sisters, Bonnie Theel, Robin Bruce, Paula Ramage and Mary Hodder; and his close friend Dennis Taylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
