He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Eddie" Russell and Grace Russell (Thrasher); and his siblings, Larry Russell, Eddie Russell, Richard Russell and Nana Peck.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bier Haase; his children, Duane Russell, Sally Radloff (Gordon), Patricia Willard (Mark Graham) and Peggy Teubert (Mathew); his stepchildren, Deneice Monti, Mark Haase, Danny Haase and Jacque DeGeorge (Dave); his grandchildren, Dylan Russell, Joshua Harrison (Julia), Brianna Gretschmann (Ryan), Thomas Hart (Savannah), Kayla Hart, Megan Willard (Zach Higgins), Malery Willard (Jake Gantz), Morgan Willard, Austin Teubert, Tyler Teubert (Megan), Jordan DeGeorge (Nicole) and Lacey Monti; his sister Barb Baxter; and his pets, Buddy and Molly. He is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.
