He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester C. Hiter and Opal Rose Hiter (Harding); and his sister Marcia Link. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rae Duncan; his children, Tracy Carr, Kim Pike (Scott), Kathy Deremo-Benton and Jody Ward; his grandchildren, Sierra Lervik, Chasity Pike, Chrisna Rathbun (Jay), Tori Carr, Trevor Carr, Caitlyn Deremo, Amanden Deremo and Bo Humphrey; and his sisters-in-law, Robin Theiring (Mike), Barbara Kenny and Kay Graham (Herbert). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and his friends.
