She was predeceased by: her father Walter Grundmeier; her spouse Verle Thomas; and her grandson John Leusink, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Leusink, Tom Seach and Tim Seach; her grandchildren, Joshua R. Seach, Jeremiah Loomis, Elizabeth Witzel (Joshua), Nahtanha Low, Nichola Peasle (Chad), Nicia Seach, Noella Seach, Raymond Seach, America Seach and Monica Fox; and her sister Lois Schwegal. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
